A brush fire in Vacaville threatened structures Friday afternoon and prompted evacuation warnings for several neighborhoods.
The blaze known as the Linda Fire burned just over 110 acres in the area of English Hills Road and Estate Drive, Cal Fire said.

Crews reported forward progress of the blaze was stopped around 3:45 p.m.

Evacuation warnings have been place for zones SOL2788 and SOL2790.

The Solano County Office of Emergency Services said an evacuation warning was issued for the following areas near the blaze:
- North of Peaceful Glen Road
- South of Estate Drive
- East of Spencer Lane
- West Ranch Lane
- West of John Wayne Lane, Olivas Lane and Dead End of Cricket
- North of Cantelow Road
- South of Peaceful Glen Road
- East of English Hills Road
- West of Shady Creek Lane, Peaceful Glen Road Timm Road
